Hay Rides, Sleigh Rides & Birthday Parties in our "Carriage Room" or "Wood Shed"

 Cost: $300 for up to 25 guests. Additional children and adults are charged an additional $8.50 per person.
"The Carriage Room" accommodates up to 90 people.
"The Wood Shed" has comfortable seating for up to 40 people.
- Includes horse drawn hayride or sleighride (conditions permitting), pony rides for the children, farm tour, and all barn activities.
- Picnic areas are heated or open air with picnic tables.
- Fridge/freezer, gas grill and bonfire available.
- As a unique party favor - make your own jump rope, cowboy
lasso, or pet leash on our do it yourself rope maker. Additional cost.

- Decorations: limited to table tops.
No tape or tacks on tables or walls of the building.
No confetti or pinatas are allowed.
- Set-up is ½ hour prior to the event.
- Clean-up is immediately following the event.
- No Smoking in or near our buildings.
