Plan Your next large event at the farm!
Depending on farm availability, we would love to host your next large event! Whether it be a multi-family gathering, non-profit and church groups, corporate picnic, or family reunion the farm is a wonderful place for families to gather! Base pricing is below, but based on the needs of your group and number of attendees, we will build a quote for your event! Reach out to Charlene here or call 716-741-4862 to inquire today! Availability is primarily November-April, and limited during the summer. We are not able to host weddings at this time.
Pricing:
- $800 for up to 50 people. Additional guests are $10/per person, no charge for children under 2 years old. Includes a designated event space, visiting all animals, and ponyrides for children.
- Bonfire add-on is $25
- Hayride or Sleigh Ride add-on is $150
- A $100 nonrefundable deposit is due at time of reservation. The final payment is due at the conclusion of the event. We accept cash, credit card, or check.
- Decorations are limited to table tops, no tape or tacks on tables or walls of the buildings, and confetti is NOT allowed. Set-up is limited to the day of the event, and clean up is immediately following the event. There is no smoking in our near any of our buildings. Open flames and candles are not allowed, battery operated candles are okay.
Birthday Parties at the Farm (Spring and Summer Only)
As we have made adjustments on the farm to adapt to Covid-19, we have had to temporarily re-purpose many of our indoor reservable spaces, and are only accepting party reservations during our spring and summer seasons. This may change in the future, and you are welcome to reach out to the farm with any questions!
That being said, we will happily accommodate you for a more casual, ‘picnic’ style party! You are welcome to purchase admissions for your group during any of our open hours, tour the farm and participate in all activities together, and gather for gifts and a bite to eat. Picnic tables are available on a first come, first serve basis (no saving of tables), and we do not have designated areas to store food or gifts. We encourage you to support the farm market by purchasing lunch and desserts at the farm! For a party favor, you are able to make your own lasso, dog leash, or jump rope on our old-fashioned rope maker (additional cost)!
All three generations on our farm truly enjoy visiting with customers and educating them about our farm and family life. We love being the connection for many between the food they eat and the farms it comes from, and enjoy giving people a taste of our country life and the great American agricultural industry.

A visit to the farm includes hands on visiting with all of the animals, a pony ride for kids, hayride for the family, bouncing on the jump pad (weather dependent) and other barnyard activities! Admission is required for all visitors ages 2 and older.
Baked goods, refreshments, and hot lunch available daily!
